Northern Trust has secured the acquisition of Octagon Business Park in Cannock, adding 15,793 sq ft to their portfolio.
Octagon Business Park is a modern multi-let industrial estate, situated in a high
profile location fronting onto the A34 Walsall Road with close proximity to the
Orbital Plaza traffic island in Cannock. The estate comprises six units
arranged as a single terrace in addition to Octagon House.
