Financial assistance is available for North East of England SMEs seeking to develop their online presence.
Funded by the European Regional Development Fund and delivered by the Investment Centre, Investment for Growth has been specifically created to help North East of England businesses grow.
Investment for Growth is offering website development funding to the region’s SME as an initiative to help them improve their business operations. A fund totalling £250,000 is available to support 75 North East SMEs seeking to enhance their online presence. Funding of between £1,000 and £4,000 will be awarded per project, to a maximum of 40% of total project value.
To be eligible, applicants must be providing a business-to-business product or service, and undertaking a website design and development project valued between £3,750 and £10,000.
Applicants are advised to contact Investment for Growth on 0191 426 6408 to discuss their project. Whilst no deadline is specified, this scheme is a limited offer. Funding will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
