LOCATION:

Number One Industrial Estate is an established estate, located in Consett, about 14 miles southwest of Newcastle upon Tyne. The minimum internal clear height is circa 4.6m. A number of loading doors are installed and measure 4.0m wide by 4.6m high. 

Unit 15 is currently combined as one unit and benefits from a 3,000 kVA electrical supply, sprinkler system throughout and a two storey office and facilities block. There is a shared tarmacadam surfaced, enclosed forecourt.
