 Northern Trust Company invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors who would like to enter into a JCT Design & Build Contract to construct 21 Industrial Units (approximately 30,677 sq ft) in three blocks plus associated yards, car parking, landscaping and alterations to the existing highway. The contract will also include stabilisation of shallow coal workings and mineshafts and the construction of a grout barrier to prevent contaminated ground water leaching into an adjoining Brook; treatment of Knotweed and the remediation of 5 acres of land. The site is located at Gerards Bridge, off College Street, St Helens, WA10 1ND.

A short list of contractors will be selected based upon their responses to information requested in the pre-qualification questionnaire, such as past experience, expertise, financial capability; experience of working with BREEAM, the NWDA Sustainability Policy and the Considerate Contractors Scheme.
