With only 3 plots remaining, Northern Trust’s plan to provide a highly desirable and private self-build estate in Leyland is proving a success.

 

Following the approved reserved matters application, 8 of the 11 plots have been reserved with 5 of the 8 plots having exchanged contracts. 

 

The prestigious estate is set within 2 acres of land overlooking Farington Park, and includes a range of serviced self-build plots which will benefit from a gated entrance accessed via a private road off Stanifield Lane. Infrastructure works for the site including the construction of the estate road and the necessary drainage are currently in progress.

A number of individual have also successfully obtained planning permission for their own house design.
