WHITTLE JONES NORTH WEST RECORD HIGHEST NUMBER OF ENQUIRIES IN 2 YEARS

Whittle Jones; managing agents acting on behalf of Northern Trust are pleased to confirm that in May they recorded the highest level of enquiries within the last 2 years.

Despite a fall in enquiries during the months of March and April due to the coronavirus lockdown measures; the number of people looking for business space increased in May to its highest level in 2 years and June has been a record breaking month as well.

John Marrow, Regional Property Manager at Whittle Jones North West, commented “Since the relaxation of some of the lock-down measures we have seen a marked increase in the demand from people looking for industrial, workshop and trade counter units to let. During this uncertain time, it is pleasing to see that the market is still strong and not just for start-up companies but for our existing occupiers looking for expansion space as well.”
