WHITTLE JONES NORTH WEST WELCOMES NEW SURVEYOR

Whittle Jones (the asset management brand of Northern Trust Company Ltd) is pleased to welcome Lizzie Woodburn to their North West office.

Lizzie has joined the company as Lettings / Management Surveyor and will be looking after estates across Chorley, East Lancashire, Lancaster and Cumbria.  

Lizzie has experience within the commercial and residential property industry having previously worked as a graduate commercial agent.

She commented on her move to Whittle Jones “I have now completed a tour of the estates that I will be managing and I’m looking forward to working with the occupiers, building a relationship with them and acting as the principal interface between them and Whittle Jones. One of main goals is to make sure the estates are well maintained and managed effectively to ensure occupier retention and encourage new businesses to join the portfolio. I’m excited to be a part of the Whittle Jones team and developing my skillset.”
