Lotus Living Expand at Navigation Point, Tipton

We are pleased to confirm that Lotus Living have expanded their operations at Navigation Point; doubling their space on the estate.

The letting of Unit 9 was completed on a 3 year lease agreement.

Lotus Living is working in partnership with Lotus Sanctuary CIC to develop a new retail operation that will support their ongoing mission to build a more sustainable world, tackle the rising costs of living, and support homeless and vulnerable people in the UK. They are working with partner businesses to take on end-of-line and ex-display items for resale and accepting donations from the general public. So far, their partner businesses helped to save over 3.7 tonnes from landfill and their public donors have given over 1.5 tonnes. All of this has meant that the company needed to expand rapidly in a short space of time.

David Underwood, Head of Retail at Lotus Living, said “Our need to expand has come far more quickly than we thought! The team have done remarkable things at Navigation Point and our Bilston Hub. We are delighted to be able to take on another unit at Navigation Point to help support us in our growth and fulfilment of our mission. The second warehouse will help to showcase some of our fantastic furniture products and provide much-needed storage and processing capacity. Our first city centre store will launch in Derby in August with many more stores to come. We are now online via eBay, Shpock, and Vinted.”
