Work on the first phase is well underway with enquiries now being taken for pre-lets. 

The scheme also includes a phase 2 development totalling 47,909 sq ft. Phase 2 will provide 4 individual units arranged in a single terraced block with sizes ranging from 8,877 sq ft up to 15,150 sq ft.
