East Ord Industrial Estate is located in Berwick Upon Tweed and is accessed from the A698. Berwick Upon Tweed is a town in the county of Northumberland at the mouth of the River Tweed on the east coast, 2 and 1/2 miles south of the Scottish border. The old A1 road passes through Berwick, whilst the modern A1 goes around the town to the west, which can be accessed less than a mile away from the estate. The railway station is only 10 minutes drive away and is situated on the East Coast Main Line. 

 The estate benefits from good local amenities with Berwick Upon Tweed's town centre just over a mile away providing a range of shops and local eateries. There is also a Tesco Superstore in nearby proximity.  

Description:

All of the units are constructed of steel frame with eaves heights between 3m and 3.57m. The single storey units are constructed of steel portal frame with brick / blockwork walls and insulated metal sheeting. The roofs are of insulated metal decking incorporating roof lights.
