COMTON GROUP EXPAND AT JEWELLERY BUSINESS CENTRE, BIRMINGHAM

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to confirm that Comton Group, a boutique marketing agency has expanded their operations at Jewellery Business Centre in Birmingham.

Comton Group originally moved into the 3 storey Business Centre in 2021, occupying a 507 sq ft office suite. Following a period of growth they have now expanded their operations into a 1,263 sq ft suite which is suitable for 18 people.

Jewellery Business Centre provides a total 31,648 sq ft of modern office space located in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Built around a beautiful landscaped courtyard, the Business Centre is home to over 60 different businesses, supporting over 300 jobs.

Comton Group who specialise in recruitment within the Metal and Engineering industries are predicting big growth opportunities in those sectors over the coming year. Peter Comerford commented about their expansion at the Centre, “Being a new business it's important to keep your initial costs down, and working with Northern Trust has been of great benefit to our business growth. The Jewellery Business Centre where we are based has a variety of different sized office suites which have allowed us to scale our business without having to keep moving location. Over the last three years we have moved three times, and we are now housed in one of the largest office suites within the building. This should allow us to more than double that size of our business to around 18 persons in the next year or so. We've had a great working relationship with the team at Northern Trust and this has been key to us staying with them rather than moving to other premises.'
