NORTHERN TRUST EXPAND MIDLANDS TEAM

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to welcome Lexie Weston to their Midlands regional team. Lexie has joined the company as Property Maintenance Manager. 

Lexie commented about her move to Northern Trust, “’Having worked in residential property management for nearly four years, I decided it was time do something more challenging. I am very eager to get stuck in and get to know the portfolio. The Midlands team have given me a fantastic introduction to the industrial side of property management and I look forward to seeing what my future holds here at Northern Trust.”

Lexie’s appointment follows Northern Trust’s recent acquisition of the 46,921 sq ft Vesuvius development in Worksop and the Midlands regional team’s office move from Jewellery Business Centre in Birmingham to Centrix @ Keys Business Village in Cannock.

The Midlands portfolio now extends to over 1.4 million sq ft in 33 locations.
