NORTHERN TRUST EXPANDS PORTFOLIO WITH NEW 16,000 SQ FT ACQUISITION IN CANNOCK

Northern Trust has secured the acquisition of Octagon Business Park in Cannock, adding 15,793 sq ft to their portfolio.
 
Northern Trust’s existing property portfolio is in excess of 8 million sq ft of industrial/trade and office parks, and the latest purchase on West Street; Cannock comes on the back of the company’s announcement of its plans to start development work on a new 80,000 sq ft industrial/office scheme in St Helens.
 
Octagon Business Park is a modern multi-let industrial estate, situated in a high profile location fronting onto the A34 Walsall Road with close proximity to the Orbital Plaza traffic island in Cannock. The estate comprises six units arranged as a single terrace in addition to Octagon House.
