NORTHERN TRUST REBRANDS ESTATE FOLLOWING REFURBISHMENT WORKS

Northern Trust has announced that it has rebranded its Tetron Point (Plot 2, Zone 1) at Swadlincote which it purchased back in July last year following a refurbishment program.
The 45,724 sq ft estate will now be known as Orbit Business Park, situated on Alfred Eley Close. The refurbishment works has incorporated splitting the estate back into 6 individual units following vacation of the former tenant who occupied the site as a whole. The division now means that the estate, which is actively managed by Northern Trust’s in-house surveying practice Whittle Jones Asset Management; offers a range of unit sizes from 3,801 sq ft up to 13,881 sq ft.
Richard Suart, Regional Property Manager at Whittle Jones Midlands office commented “By rebranding this estate to Orbit Business Park, we have given the scheme its own identity, and coupled with the sub-division works we are confident it will attract new or existing occupiers looking to relocate to the area.”
