NORTHERN TRUST SEALS THE DEAL
17th December 2010
Northern Trust has secured two lettings at their Birch Court estate in Warrington. Cheshire Seals & Components Ltd has moved into Unit 18, whilst My Digi Retail Ltd has taken Unit 17. Both deals were completed on 3 year tenancy agreements. As part of the letting of Unit 17, Cheshire Gas Design Ltd relocated to Unit 4 on the estate.
The latest two lettings now means Birch Court is over 50% let. Birch Court provides 33,430 sq ft of modern industrial units arranged in three blocks split into 18 separate units.
There are now 9 companies in occupation including Building Images Ltd, Alvadale Ltd and SCG Supplies Ltd amongst others. There is a range of units still available ranging from 1,100 sq ft to 2,245 sq ft.
Simon Walmsley, Management Surveyor at Whittle Jones, managing agents acting on behalf of Northern Trust commented “Birch Court provides an ideal and central base to serve the whole of the North West region. Whilst securing two new lettings it is also important that we are able to provide a service to the current occupiers on the estate. Northern Trust is a flexible landlord which in the current economic climate is a huge benefit. As a result we have been able to work with our occupiers, whose requirements have changed, helping them to expand or downsize on the estate and within the wider portfolio.”
Birch Court is situated at the end of Grosvenor Grange, off Kingsland Grange, on the easily accessible and popular Grange Employment area. The park can be reached quickly from Junction 21 of the M6, approximately 1.5 miles distance, and also from Junction 11 of the M62, which is approximately 3 miles distance.
