TRIO OF LETTINGS COMPLETED AT FIRTH ROAD, LIVINGSTON

Northern Trust is pleased to confirm that they have secured three new occupiers at their Firth Road Industrial Estate in Livingston, with the letting of over 4,000 sq ft.

JDS Facilities Ltd has taken occupation of Unit 3 (1,391 sq ft), Precision Windows & Doors Ltd has moved into Unit 7 (1,332 sq ft) and Bouygues E & S Contracting UK have leased Unit 4 (1,385 sq ft). All 3 lettings were completed on 3 year lease agreements.
