WATSON TOOL HIRE MAKE IT A FULL HOUSE AT MIDDLEFIELDS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Northern Trust Company Limited is pleased to announce that their Middlefields Industrial Estate in South Shields is fully let following the recent letting to Watson Tool Hire.

Watson Tool Hire has evolved over the last 30 to 40 year from a small, family run business, to the complete tool hire and spare parts supply centre. The business specialises in the supply of quality tools along with a tool repairing service. They moved into Unit 3D at the 10,727 sq ft Middlefields Industrial Estate following a period of expansion.

Gordon Watson commented about the move “One of our customers, Darren from Garden Restorations, rang and told me that Northern Trust had a depot available in South Shields. We still had around five years left on our previous depot, but went to have a look and were really impressed with the set-up and other nearby occupiers. We’ve been here now for nearly two months, but the entire process of moving from one site to the other took just three weeks. Middlefields Industrial Estate is situated on the outskirts of South Shields town centre, and is accessed via the A194 Jarrow Road and B1302 which provides excellent transport links to the wider region with the A19 only 2 miles away.
