The portfolio consists of industrial, warehouse & workshop units together with office buildings, suites and business parks from c500 sq ft to c150,000 sq ft, which are managed from Whittle Jones regional offices at Chorley covering the North West; at Newcastle covering the North East; at Leeds covering Yorkshire; and at Birmingham covering the Midlands.
