LOCATION:

The estate is located in a prominent position just off the A689 Durham Road in Wolsingham, a small market town in the Weardale area of County Durham. Wolsingham is situated by the River Wear, approximately 20 miles south-west of Newcastle upon Tyne, 13 miles north-west of Darlington and 10 miles north-west of Bishop Auckland.
