DESCRIPTION

East Ord Industrial Estate comprises a total of 24,300 sq ft of industrial accommodation across 14 units, arranged in two terraces and two pairs of semi-detached units. Unit sizes range from 581 sq ft up to 4,448 sq ft.

The single-storey units are of steel portal frame construction with brick/blockwork walls and insulated metal cladding. Roofs are finished with insulated metal decking incorporating translucent roof lights. Eaves heights range between 3m and 3.57m. Each unit benefits from a separate personnel entrance, insulated “up and over” loading doors, and forecourt parking.

The estate also benefits from security fencing and tenant-controlled access gates. Heating is provided to most units via gas-fired warm air heaters served from an LPG supply.
