LOCATION:

Dubmire Industrial Estate is situated to the west of Houghton-le-Spring in the village if Fencehouses which lies to the north of the A1052. The estate lies to the east of Sedgeletch Road and is accessed from Mulberry Way. Houghton-le-Spring is a former mining town, situated 11 miles south-east of Newcastle Upon Tyne, 6 miles south-west of Sunderland and 6 miles north-east of Durham. The units are constructed of steel portal frame with brick / block elevations to a height of around 2 metres with internally insulated metal cladding above and to the roof. The eaves height is generally 3.5 metres. Each unit benefits from an electricity operated roller shutter door.
